Midsummer Magic at Dudley Castle
Shakespeare’s enchanting ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’
will be performed in the courtyard of Dudley Castle on Sunday
20th June at 2pm and again on Monday
21st at 7.30pm, in an event organised by Dudley Performing Arts.
The Performance is by the NAC Theatre Company and directed by Ian Cullen (Ex-RSC, Z-Cars, Doctor Who, Family Affairs, etc).
There'll be Tudor themed festivities in addition to the performance, such as trade stalls, a hog roast,
liquid refreshments (ales) and plenty more entertainment.
Traditional dress is optional, but would be much appreciated and would enhance the atmosphere immeasurably.
Tickets for the event, which includes full access to the castle and zoo are just £6.00 (£4.00 for concessions) and
are available from the Dudley Box Office on 01384 813865.
