almost a century and a half ago (click the image to enlarge the article).
We are of course approaching the second anniversary of the now famous Gornal Earthquake of 2002,
when the entire universe briefly appeared
to be centred on Brick Kiln Lane and national news cameras flooded the village
(click here for story).
Well done to Ian then for unearthing the fact that Gornal is no stranger to tales of natural disaster!
