Environment Zone Website Launched
Dudley Environment Zone
Saved from Council Axe
|
The Dudley Environment Zone at Robert St. School Gornal, which was recently
spared from the Council's cost cutting axe
for report), releases its brand new information packed website today
at
www.ezonemag.net.
The £300,000 purpose built Environment Zone, based at Roberts Primary school, was saved from closure earlier this year
after 1,600 local people campaigned to keep it open. A new management group has secured government and lottery
funding to develop the on-line environmental education service.
The site is well worth a visit, with plenty of content and no expense spared on design. Some visitors may
give up before finding their way through to the inner pages though. You have to click right onto a rather unobtrusive
arrow to gain access, not forgetting to choose 'school or Visitor' from the drop down box.
