An easier way to contact Dudley Council
Dudley Council has refreshed its customer compliments and complaints procedures.
Revised leaflets and posters have been produced and distributed to libraries, community centres, housing offices
and other Dudley Council buildings across the borough. Monitoring of the procedure has also been improved to ensure
all customers receive the same high level of service.
Customers can now submit feedback electronically through the council’s website. Visit
www.dudley.gov.uk
and click on
‘customer feedback’ to access this service and find out more about the updated procedure.
